Bike Service Policy
Dear valued customer, we have outlined our bike service policy for your convenience. By servicing from AK Bikes, you are agreeing to the following bike service terms:
- I confirm that all bikes/products provided to AK Bikes are either under my complete ownership or have been authorized for service by the owner.
- I acknowledge that upon receiving my bike, AK Bikes will furnish an inspection report. Any necessary part replacements or cost variations from the initial quotation will be promptly communicated.
- I understand that my bike will only be returned by AK Bikes after settling all service-related payments and charges.
- I acknowledge the potential charges incurred for delaying the retrieval of my bike once the service is completed.
- I am aware that if I do not retrieve my bike within one month or clear any service-related payments, AK Bikes is authorized to sell it.
- I also acknowledge that AK Bikes holds no liability for any damage or loss due to fire, theft, or collision while my bike or product is in their care.
